As our Specialty Technician, Cath Lab, you will perform quality patient care in collaboration with the Physician and Registered Nurse. Every day, you will assist in all duties related to Interventional Radiology lab procedures under the general direction of the interventional radiologist. You will be primarily responsible for radiographic equipment, radiographs, and related imaging and archiving, ensuring precise documentation. You will participate as a surgical scrub tech as necessary, and monitor and process hemodynamic data. You will consistently perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization, utilizing professional and hospital standards of care and practice to guide patient care. To be successful in this role, you will possess a relevant technical certification or licensure with specialized experience in a Interventional Radiology Lab. You will demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency in operating radiographic equipment, meticulous attention to detail in imaging, data monitoring, and sterile technique, and strong collaboration skills. The Radiology Technologist performs special procedures ensuring maximum quality of film, patient safety and accuracy of information for interpretation. The Radiology Technologist must be able to perform all aspects of various special procedures. This position requires providing care/service to a critically ill through rehabilitating patient; newborn through geriatric population, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
One year experience as a diagnostic staff technologist in a hospital setting
Five years experience with at least three years specific special procedures training and experience
Graduate of school of Radiologic Technology ARRT
American Registry of Radiologic technology license (ARRT)
Fluoroscopy Permit (FLUORPMT)
California Radiology Technology license (CRT)
BLS - Basic Life Support
