We are seeking a Specialty Seller to help accelerate growth across our Salesforce and MuleSoft offerings in North America. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong foundation in Salesforce-related sales who is ready to deepen platform expertise, contribute to complex pursuits, and collaborate closely with solution and delivery leaders. In this role, you’ll identify new opportunities, support strategic accounts, and guide customers through Salesforce-powered transformation initiatives—from initial discovery to deal close and expansion.
Job Responsibility:
Drive and support sales efforts for Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Analytics, and integration services
Contribute to complex B2B sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and closing
Partner with Salesforce solution architects, delivery leaders, and account teams to design customer-centric solutions
Support account planning, territory strategies, and pipeline growth initiatives
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand existing client relationships
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including senior business and IT leaders
Collaborate with Salesforce partner teams and internal stakeholders on joint go-to-market efforts
Stay current on Salesforce platform capabilities, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Requirements:
4+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in sales or business development
Experience selling Salesforce solutions or Salesforce-based consulting services
Proven ability to contribute to multi-stakeholder, solution-oriented sales cycles
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have:
Exposure to MuleSoft or integration-led solutions
Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market Salesforce implementations
Comfort engaging senior-level client stakeholders
Strong presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset with interest in expanding Salesforce sales leadership responsibilities
