Job Description:

Specialty Sales Consultant for Alfasigma USA Nutrition business focused on prescription supplements for St. Louis territory. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and disease states to engage in meaningful dialogue with healthcare providers to ensure the appropriate use of our portfolio of brands. Establish and build business relationships and achieve targeted sales goals within the assigned territory.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understand and execute on Alfasigma USA strategy and plans at the prescriber level
  • Utilize effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health care providers to prescribe ALUSA promoted products
  • Execute brand strategies to ensure a consistent sales and marketing message
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans/strategy
  • Support targeted customers using approved resources, sales materials, and promotional activities/programs
  • Leverage market and customer data to better inform strategic business planning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HCP’s in the territory
  • Represent Alfasigma USA to select key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Meet call plan expectations and achieve territory sales goals in a compliant manner
  • Execute remote effective call selling when F2F calls are restricted
  • Actively participate in scheduled Company sales meetings and other business meetings
  • Meet all administrative requirements including budget management, sample management, expense reporting and complete all required training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least two years of outside sales experience
  • B2B or life sciences preferred
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales or customer service position
  • Understands fundamental selling skills
  • Strong business / financial acumen
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Office 365 preferred
  • Experience with CRM software and iPad utilization
  • Must be available to travel up 25-30%
