Job Description

We are actively searching for a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to deliver on our commitment to serve patients. The Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative acts as the primary customer contact and is responsible for implementing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products as led by the District Manager.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience
  • OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience (for Specialty Representative)
  • OR Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience
  • OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience
  • OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience (for Senior Specialty Representative)

Nice to have

  • 1–3 years of sales, marketing, or clinical experience (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred)
  • Product or hospital sales experience in the areas of oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, bone health, respiratory, hematology, or infectious diseases
  • Some experience and/or pre-graduate sales or leadership training
