We are looking for a Specialty Recruiter Intermediate to support hiring efforts for a Long-term Contract position based in Texas. This role focuses on coordinating recruitment activities, evaluating candidate information, and helping maintain an efficient and compliant hiring process. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, organization, and the ability to work effectively across multiple hiring needs while keeping the candidate experience timely and well managed.
Job Responsibility:
Assess applications, resumes, and supporting materials to identify candidates who align with open role requirements
Coordinate key stages of the recruitment cycle, including scheduling, communication, and status tracking for active openings
Partner with hiring teams to clarify position expectations and support consistent selection decisions
Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation to ensure organized and compliant hiring workflows
Monitor progress across requisitions and provide updates on candidate pipelines, interview activity, and hiring timelines
Support process improvements that strengthen efficiency, responsiveness, and overall recruiting operations
Requirements:
Experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, or related hiring activities in a detail-focused environment
Working knowledge of candidate review practices and structured hiring processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders
Attention to detail when handling applicant information, scheduling, and hiring documentation
Proficiency with recruiting systems, spreadsheets, or other tools used to track hiring activity
