We are looking for an experienced Specialty Recruiter Intermediate to join our client's team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in managing recruitment processes, ensuring the successful hiring of top talent, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers. Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Conduct thorough reviews of candidate applications and ensure compliance with hiring standards
Coordinate and schedule interviews while providing timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders
Implement best practices for enhancing hiring processes and improving candidate experiences
Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities in line with company policies
Build strong relationships with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insightful reports to leadership for decision-making
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to attract top talent
Ensure adherence to all legal and organizational guidelines during the hiring process
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a specialized role
Strong knowledge of hiring processes and recruitment strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Keen attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough reviews of applications
Familiarity with employment laws and compliance regulations
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
