We currently have an opening to join our specialty collections/ payments team in our Newcastle office. We’re looking for high performing individuals with a background in customer service. This role covers inbound and outbound calls, emails and text messages to service our customers. We are happy to train you if you don't have any experience in collections or call center work.
Job Responsibility:
Managing email communications and inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Managing the assessment, reconciling and collection activities of customer accounts
Effectively manage our litigation and insolvency portfolio
Assist with payment-related team escalations
Locating delinquent customers and reviewing documentation
Ensuring timely management of costs incurred
Acting as the first point of contact for third-party payment providers
Remain compliant with Collection Guidelines while promptly addressing customer dissatisfaction
Other specialty tasks as required
Contributing positively to the MONEYME culture and act in accordance with our values
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills/ phone manner and ability to interact with external customers and internal partners
Represent MONEYME in an honest, ethical and professional manner
Ability to clearly present views and information
Ability to communicate technical information clearly
Not afraid to seek out input from others and share ideas to achieve best outcome
Ability to monitor non-verbal cues and adapt where necessary
Ability to refer to MONEYME's policies when making decisions and make recommendations to process enhancements based on policy knowledge
Ability to identify issues that may hinder the completion of tasks and find appropriate solutions
