Job Description:

We currently have an opening to join our specialty collections/ payments team in our Newcastle office. We’re looking for high performing individuals with a background in customer service. This role covers inbound and outbound calls, emails and text messages to service our customers. We are happy to train you if you don't have any experience in collections or call center work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing email communications and inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • Managing the assessment, reconciling and collection activities of customer accounts
  • Effectively manage our litigation and insolvency portfolio
  • Assist with payment-related team escalations
  • Locating delinquent customers and reviewing documentation
  • Ensuring timely management of costs incurred
  • Acting as the first point of contact for third-party payment providers
  • Remain compliant with Collection Guidelines while promptly addressing customer dissatisfaction
  • Other specialty tasks as required
  • Contributing positively to the MONEYME culture and act in accordance with our values

  • Excellent communication skills/ phone manner and ability to interact with external customers and internal partners
