• Assess patient, collect appropriate data, and perform testing to prepare patient for physician visit
• Maintain patient flow through the clinic
• Forward test results and documentation to physician for review
• execute orders as received
• Notify patient of test results and ensure appropriate follow up per protocol
• Timely response of all patient care inquiries
• Complete patient refills as requested by both patient and pharmacy, ensuring appropriate labs are ordered per protocol
• Patient and family/caregiver education
