Job Description:

Specialty Account Manager to expand market share and strengthen partnership across specialty retail channels. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, develop strategic business plans, and represent the brand to major trade events.

Job Responsibility:

  • building and executing territory and account-level business plans
  • driving revenue growth through product presentations, merchandising, and promotional strategies
  • managing onboarding and lifecycle of specialty accounts
  • fostering strong relationships with decision-makers and retail partners
  • leveraging market insights to guide product launches and category expansion
  • collaborating internally to ensure seamless execution across operations, marketing, and customer support
  • representing the brand at trade shows and industry events

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in specialty retail or consumer goods sales
  • demonstrated success managing and growing B2B accounts
  • strong understanding of ecommerce and retail dynamics
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
  • exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
