Job Description:

As Specialized Sales Workplace for (new) business development at Inetum Belgium, you'll have the opportunity not only to leverage your sales skills but also to be part of an organization at the forefront of the IT sector. You will operate as a true Trusted Technology Advisor for your customers, working closely with key stakeholders to develop and refine our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and solution propositions. You will also play an active role in supporting marketing activities and collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure our solutions align with business needs and technical requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leverage sales skills for (new) business development
  • Operate as a Trusted Technology Advisor
  • Develop and refine Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and solution propositions
  • Support marketing activities, including industry events and promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate with Presales Consultants and Specialized Sales colleagues
  • Participate in Sales & Marketing (S&MKT) meetings
  • Work with Technical Consultants (TCs) and Technical Engineers (TEs) to define solutions
  • Listen to client needs, analyze them, and co-build customized solutions
  • Promote cross-divisional thinking and collaboration
  • Manage relationships with key decision makers and C-levels
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
  • +5 years of experience in Digital Sales, preferably in the domain of Workplace
  • Strong knowledge of the business environment/business development
  • Ability to detect business opportunities and translate technical features into business value
  • Thrive working closely in a cross functional way within or at cross-BL level to create business opportunities
  • Can handle stress and a multi-focus job within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing service/business offerings
  • Customer focused and aim for long-term relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development
  • Pro-active, strong willed, dynamic, ambitious and results driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
