Job Description

The Specialized Account Engineer role involves delivering support solutions, applying technical expertise, and maintaining customer satisfaction, primarily working from home with daily on-site requirements and occasional travel between islands and to Guam.

Job Responsibility

  • Break-Fix support to replace, repair, install, support and maintain systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder (technical field) with 5-7 years working experience in related fields desired
  • Top Secret clearance required
