  • Dealing with commercial disputes and litigation
  • Providing guidance on marketing and promotional activity including CAP code compliance for advertisements, promotions competitions and product packaging, and drafting associated T&Cs for promotions, prize draws and competitions
  • Supporting e-commerce team on legal aspects of digital marketing and website operations
  • Wholesale contracts and concession agreements with suppliers
  • General IP work including licencing of own brands and third party licencing
  • Advising and supporting the customer service team as required on customer complaints and handling disputes and small claims
  • Assisting on larger M&A work as required, coordinating smaller transactions including conducting due diligence investigations, drafting SPA/APAs and ancillary documents and post-completion support

  • Make independent decisions when assigning personnel to work schedules to match competencies to the specific post while balancing officer utilization to reduce non-billable overtime to meet specified business goals
