As a Specialist, Workforce Management (WFM), you will play an integral role in deploying WFM capabilities and supporting the sustainability of the operational excellence program. In collaboration with Performance Coaches, you will monitor performance trends, maintain WFM platform data integrity, generate reports, and uphold governance to enable data-driven operations. You will validate and analyze operational data to support accurate workload forecasting, maintain capacity plans, and ensure efficient resource alignment. You will also help manage WFM tools and systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Performance Coaches in monthly performance reviews and resource optimization analytics and driving adherence to governance standards
  • Validate and analyze historical and operational data for accurate forecasting and planning
  • Maintain and update workforce capacity plans to align resources with workload requirements
  • Assist in managing WFM platforms and tools, ensuring system data accuracy and integrity
  • Prepare clear, consistent reports and dashboards that drive informed decision-making
  • Provide operational and analytical support for initiatives to improve workforce optimization and efficiency
  • Help maintain WFM documentation, including processes, policies, and frameworks

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in workforce management, operational excellence, or data analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance trends
  • Proficiency in Excel, with hands-on experience using MS SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience with global WFM programs or systems preferred
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced global environment
  • Experience collaborating in multicultural teams is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
