Job Description

Teaching Assistant – Hastings. Long-term, Full-time | Start Date: January | £90 per day. I am recruiting for a Teaching Assistant role in Hastings within a friendly and inclusive primary school that values its support staff and provides clear expectations and guidance. This role involves supporting learning across KS1 and KS2, working closely with class teachers, and helping to maintain a calm and focused classroom environment. The school has strong routines in place, a positive behaviour policy, and a collaborative staff culture. • Supporting children with additional learning needs
  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
  • Assisting with classroom routines and organisation

Requirements
