Job Responsibility
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for SEN learners with complex and multiple learning difficulties
Assist in managing behavioural, social, and emotional development in a classroom of no more than 8 students
Collaborate with teachers and therapy teams to create a safe, enabling, and engaging learning environment
Utilise the school's premium resources (from tech to outdoor spaces) to enhance student engagement
Requirements
GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or Childcare Professional (must be able to provide references)
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
