Job Responsibility:
Support the class teacher in planning and delivering daily lessons and activities
Prepare classroom materials and help set up learning spaces
Supervise students during class time, break and duties
Provide individual and small-group support as directed
Help maintain an organized, clean, and positive classroom environment
Maintain order and discipline within the classroom, following the school's policies and procedures.
Assist in reinforcing classroom rules and managing student behaviour
Observe student engagement and share feedback with the teacher
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events as required
To assist with the planning of the curriculum by providing safe, creative and appropriate educational opportunities for all children within an inclusive environment, preparing activities, organising programmes and arranging equipment
To follow all school policies, including those regarding safeguarding and confidentiality
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
Teacher professionalization course desirable
Software management (Word, Excel, Power Point, Google)
Level B2 or C English Language
6 months of experience teaching or in related positions
Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
