Job Responsibility:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality public speaking lessons for middle and high school students, encouraging student creativity, self-expression, and collaboration through various public speaking techniques
Ensure the effective use of technology in teaching and learning activities
Researching and creating new learning materials in line with the philosophies of the International Baccalaureate
Contributing to departmental improvement, including reviewing and updating the curriculum, methods of learning & teaching
Ensuring that lessons are differentiated to meet the needs of individual pupils, including additional challenge and support as required
Promoting and managing positive behaviour in the classroom and on school premises, welfare and safety in every moment and to develop within them positive attitudes towards peers, adults, property and schoolwork
Behave professionally concerning punctuality, behaviour, standards of work, students’ homework and maintaining confidentiality of information
Excellent time-management and organisational skills, including the meeting of all deadlines
Develop excellent working relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of communication, language or related careers
Software management (Word, Excel, Power Point, Google)
Level B2 English Language
2 years of experience in related positions
Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive learning environment
