Job Responsibility
Crisis Management: Confidently de-escalating heightened behaviours using proven techniques (PMVA)
Trauma-Informed Care: Understanding the 'why' behind behaviours to build trust and security
Holistic Support: Managing appointments, family contact, and structured daily activities
Clinical Reporting: Delivering high-quality incident reports and insights that shape future care plans
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of paid UK experience in a residential or crisis setting
Proven ability to de-escalate aggression, self-harm, or destructive behaviours with a calm, non-judgemental approach
A firm grasp of professional boundaries and 'safe touch' protocols
PMVA Training is highly desirable (though we can provide training for the right candidates)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one)
Full UK Driving Licence with Business Insurance (Highly Preferred)
