Do you have the energy, patience, and resilience to mentor young people who see the world differently? If you're coming from a background in coaching, healthcare, the emergency services, or youth work, you already have the 'DNA' we're looking for. At our Specialist Trust in Cranleigh, we don't sit behind desks all day. We use our incredible 23-acre site to help young people with complex autism and communication needs build real-world life skills through movement, outdoor learning, and hands-on engagement.
