As an ESO Supply Planner you will be responsible for planning external supplier products and will have direct accountability for a specific line of business (pharmaceutical form). The role also serves as the key reference for stock management (FP/SMF Working Capital), ensuring optimal supply performance and effective inventory control.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage a 24-month purchasing plan
Review previous months' volumes to identify main variations and conduct root cause analysis for monthly forecast submission
Collaborate with Category Managers to resolve asset balancing trade-offs, ensuring sufficient supply performance
Review high-level supply requirements across the full constrained horizon and prioritize orders based on market inventory position and SKU segmentation
Lead Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Governance
Participate in weekly supply governance calls to troubleshoot low stock issues and balance cost vs. supply trade-offs
Track root causes and prioritize remediation and prevention actions
Evaluate FP/SMF inventory projections (internal production) to balance PPV vs. working capital objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (IBP preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
