Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Specialist - SC Process & System Development join our team at Supply Chain Directorate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understanding the businesss expectations, and providing an appropriate solution using best-in-class technologies and techniques.
  • Redesigning the processes under his/her responsibility with a global approach and in alignment with Supply Chain strategies and targets.
  • Assessing and prioritizing new business requirements (Change Requests) within the global organization, considering IT effort, budget requirement and total benefit.
  • Using alternative solutions such as “Statistical Modeling”, “AI”, “BI Tools” and “RPA” technology while developing the processes and systems.
  • Leading global digitalization and digital transformation projects in coordination with IT teams and other stakeholders, including change management activities for successful integration.
  • Leading the Benchmark and R&D activities together with business owners to sustain a growth mindset.
  • Being a first point of contact for internal and external parties, and representing Supply Chain Directorate.
  • Leading and designing “Learning & Development” activities across the global Supply Chain teams.
  • Setting and deploying the yearly targets for a global Supply Chain organization, and frequently controlling the overall progress/completion ratio.
  • Developing and executing a global Supply Chain strategy aligned with the Beko Global growth targets.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Engineering Management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and systems is a must.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Demonstrates superior project management capabilities, including to-do list tracking, frequent reporting, compliance with the project time plan, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and effective communication with all levels.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • No restrictions for traveling (domestic and abroad).

Nice to have:

  • Having experience in warehouse & logistics management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in implementing supply chain systems is a plus.
  • Having experience in project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, Lean, PRINCE2 etc., and using “Jira” is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP TM/MM modules is highly preferred.
  • Experience in developing data-driven visualizations (Qlik Sense usage is a plus).
