Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency in operations
  • Provide weekly shipment plan, highlighting critical items and expedite items to relevant stakeholders for supporting Product availability
  • Execute finished goods stock allocation to each DCs according to guideline from Global supply chain and order management team
  • Ensure that shipments are delivered on time according to customer expectations and agreements
  • Analyze and provide insights into any potential delays and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify proactive solutions, minimizing the impact on shipment schedule
  • Regularly monitor and report on Share KPI and shipment performance including any potential delays to relevant stakeholders
  • Identify improvement initiatives for shipment management and work towards standardizing processes across all sites
  • Monitor own performance, address gaps and improvement opportunities
  • prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports, share and collaborate with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years in Supply Chain, warehouse, planning field
  • Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred)
  • Experience in ERP System (AX,SAP, etc)
  • Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed and result oriented
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organizational needs
  • Demonstrate the ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
  • Is self-motivated and adaptable to change
  • Knowledge in ERP system
