Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency in operations
Provide weekly shipment plan, highlighting critical items and expedite items to relevant stakeholders for supporting Product availability
Execute finished goods stock allocation to each DCs according to guideline from Global supply chain and order management team
Ensure that shipments are delivered on time according to customer expectations and agreements
Analyze and provide insights into any potential delays and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify proactive solutions, minimizing the impact on shipment schedule
Regularly monitor and report on Share KPI and shipment performance including any potential delays to relevant stakeholders
Identify improvement initiatives for shipment management and work towards standardizing processes across all sites
Monitor own performance, address gaps and improvement opportunities
prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports, share and collaborate with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
More than 2 years in Supply Chain, warehouse, planning field
Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred)
Experience in ERP System (AX,SAP, etc)
Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detailed and result oriented
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organizational needs
Demonstrate the ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
