Job Description:

Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant - Join a Multi-Disciplinary Founding Team. Are you ready to move away from general support and into a specialised, clinical environment? We are looking for experienced practitioners to join our founding staff at a state-of-the-art Secondary SEN School.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute Clinical Strategies: Work with therapists to implement trauma-informed and sensory-based interventions
  • Manage Complexity: Use your deep experience to navigate challenging behaviours with empathy and data-driven precision
  • Drive Independence: Help students aged 11-16 develop the life skills they need for adulthood

Requirements:

  • Substantial SEND experience (Autism/SEMH)
  • Strong Safeguarding knowledge
  • A 'hit the ground running' mindset
