The Role: Beyond the Classroom As a Specialist TA here, you aren't just an extra pair of hands. You are the vital link between education and therapy. You will: Execute Clinical Strategies: Work with therapists to implement trauma-informed and sensory-based interventions. Manage Complexity: Use your deep experience to navigate challenging behaviours with empathy and data-driven precision.
