Be a Founding Member of Surrey's Newest SEND Innovation. Location: Chaldon, Surrey (with occasional travel to Caterham). Salary: £34,398 - £48,913 (M1 - UPS1 Fringe). Bonus: £5,000 Welcome Bonus. Contract: Full-time, Permanent. Opportunities to build a school from the ground up are rare. We are seeking a dynamic Nurture Teacher ready to innovate a curriculum that balances physical, social, and academic progress. Why This Role is Different We don't believe in "one size fits all." Our students follow a broad, exciting curriculum tailored to their specific passions and interests. You won't be doing this alone; you will work within a model of small class sizes and high levels of classroom support, backed by a supernumerary multi-disciplinary intervention team. The Essentials Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Hours: 40 hours per week (8:15 am start; finish times vary between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm). Flexibility: While based in Chaldon, you may occasionally support our satellite site in nearby Caterham.
