Be the Turning Point: Start Your New Chapter in SEN Teaching. Location: Chaldon, Surrey (Near Caterham). Salary: £34,398 - £48,913 (M1 - UPS1 Fringe) Bonus: £5,000 Welcome Bonus (for QTS holders). Hours: Full-time, Permanent. Do you want a job that actually matters? We've just opened a brand-new secondary school for students (ages 11-16) who find mainstream environments overwhelming. These are bright, capable young people who just need a different kind of teacher. We are looking for someone with heart, patience, and a sense of humour to join our founding team as a Nurture Teacher.
