Job Responsibility
Deliver targeted assistance to specific cohorts or individual learners
Execute EHCP goals to facilitate customised learning objectives and developmental milestones
Manage behavioural needs and encourage healthy emotional self-regulation
Foster independence by enhancing students' interpersonal skills and self-reliance
Engage in teamwork with teachers, SENCOs, and visiting specialists
Provide personal care as needed, maintaining student dignity and wellbeing
Requirements
Experience assisting learners with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD)
Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or substantial relevant professional history
Nice to have
