Job Responsibility
Deliver targeted assistance to specific cohorts or individual learners
Execute EHCP goals for customised learning objectives and developmental milestones
Manage behavioural needs using uniform techniques
Foster independence by enhancing interpersonal skills and self-reliance
Engage in teamwork with teachers, SENCOs, and visiting specialists
Provide personal care as needed
Requirements
Practical experience assisting learners with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD) is a prerequisite
Seeking a long-term placement where you can become a cornerstone of the school environment
Capable of staying composed in demanding situations and acting as a dependable mentor for pupils
Skilled at establishing quick connections with students, colleagues, and families
Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or substantial relevant professional history
