Specialist SEN Support Assistant. Location: Crawley. Daily Rate: £90.00 - £95.00. Employment Type: Full-Time. Schedule: Monday - Friday (Term Time Only). The Role: Do you possess a genuine drive to transform the lives of students with additional learning requirements? We are looking for a motivated, steadfast, and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to join our expert academic teams throughout Crawley. You will play a pivotal role in assisting students with diverse complex requirements-including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges-empowering them to achieve their full academic and social potential.

  • Manage behavioural needs using uniform techniques

  • Engage in teamwork with teachers, SENCOs, and visiting specialists
  • Provide personal care as needed

Requirements

  • Practical experience assisting learners with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD) is a prerequisite
  • Seeking a long-term placement where you can become a cornerstone of the school environment

  • Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or substantial relevant professional history
