Job Responsibility:
Deliver targeted assistance with specific cohorts or individual learners
Execute EHCP goals to facilitate customised learning objectives and developmental milestones
Manage behavioural needs using uniform techniques to navigate complex behaviours and encourage healthy emotional self-regulation
Foster independence by enhancing students' interpersonal skills and self-reliance
Engage in teamwork as a crucial member of a diverse professional group
Provide personal care as needed, maintaining the student's dignity and wellbeing at all times
Requirements:
Practical experience assisting learners with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD) is a prerequisite
Seeking a long-term placement where you can become a cornerstone of the school environment
Capable of staying composed in demanding situations and acting as a dependable mentor for pupils
Skilled at establishing quick connections with students, colleagues, and families
Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or substantial relevant professional history
