Job Responsibility:

  • Provide direct, high-quality support to help students engage with complex secondary subjects
  • Assist teachers in executing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and sensory strategies
  • Learn and apply sophisticated techniques to support the development of students social communication and self-regulation skills
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider team

Requirements:

  • A degree-level education (or equivalent relevant professional qualification)
  • A proactive, analytical, and highly resilient attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain focus and professionalism in a complex environment
  • An aspiration to understand and apply specialist knowledge related to Autism and complex needs
  • A candidate who is committed to professional standards and team success
