Job Responsibility:
Provide direct, high-quality support to help students engage with complex secondary subjects
Assist teachers in executing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and sensory strategies
Learn and apply sophisticated techniques to support the development of students social communication and self-regulation skills
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider team
Requirements:
A degree-level education (or equivalent relevant professional qualification)
A proactive, analytical, and highly resilient attitude
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain focus and professionalism in a complex environment
An aspiration to understand and apply specialist knowledge related to Autism and complex needs
