The Sales Solutions Specialist is responsible for assessing store for sales growth opportunities and maintaining store partnerships. They will maximize sales through innovative product placement and presentation. Responsible for executing store solutions activities and completion of all store sets. This is an HOURLY WAGE POSITION working Monday through Friday.
Job Responsibility

Maximize sales through innovative product placement and presentation
Execute store solutions activities and completion of all store sets
Execute on day-to-day completion of sales and merchandising activities
Effectively communicate with customer merchandising teams, store personnel, merchandising manager and any KeHE merchandising personnel on a timely basis regarding project planning and status of activities
Supplement sales strategy in conjunction with sales team(s)
Create and develop strong store relationships to generate key selling objectives
Analyze product movement and provide valued suggestions to increase sales
Manage and execute on store proposals and drive new item PODs, maximize exposure to customers, and increase sales revenue
Responsible for all aspects of presentation, successful rollouts of new merchandise including communication and execution with store including latest trends
Conduct store sales surveys when needed prior to any new store, reset, or re-merchandising
Responsible for innovation and implementing plan-o-grams, educational aids, and merchandising techniques to drive customer traffic and sales revenue through visual presentation
Managing credits by managing overages, shortages, and mis-picks
Cost management of business expenses
Provide vacation and route coverage for Sales teams
Requirements
Prior experience in food/grocery industry
High school diploma/GED required
Associate degree preferred
Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills with people at all organizational levels
Proficient in using Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office as well as navigating an iPad
Demonstrated proficiency in attention to accuracy and detail to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction
Demonstrates the competencies of financial acumen, ability to collaborate, sense of urgency, and effectively managing complexity
Working knowledge of product, categories, and merchandising techniques
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends (if applicable)
Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnights to support the requirements of the position
Maintain a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from stores
