Conduct GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure component accuracy
Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles to reduce material waste and improve production efficiency
Work with CNC machinists and toolmakers to troubleshoot design issues during the fabrication and try-out phases
Maintain rigorous version control of design specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM) within PLM/ERP systems.
