In this position you will play a critical role in partnering with financial professionals across the country to help bring our diverse portfolio of Annuity products to those that need and want them.
Job Responsibility:
Initiates daily contacts to targeted business partners to build relationships
Develops and grows strategic business partnerships
Evaluates and determines viability of business partners
Responds to requests from business partners and external sales
Acts as a consultant by proactively providing financial expertise
Executes proactive contacts with business partners to support campaigns
Partners with external sales force to consult with business partners
Engages business partners to retain business
Represents Internal Sales and Service in meetings and initiatives
Consults with functions across Nationwide
Travels and covers open external wholesaler territory
Serves as a role model to and helps train newer regional internal associates
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in human ecology, business, finance, communications, marketing or related field
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses
Three years of experience in a sales-driven position
FINRA SIE and Series 6 license at the time of application
Must reside within 35 miles of specified locations
Nice to have:
Experience in a sales or service call center environment

In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products
