Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the completion of RFP submissions (up to 80% complete depending on complexity). End to end project management across the entire pitch lifecycle
  • Undertake pre-sales research, and lead scoping (key issues analysis) exercise with stakeholders to clearly align on deliverables (responsibilities and timelines), key strategic response elements and value propositions that differentiate JLL’s offering
  • Complete first baseline draft RFP response, pulling baselines from proposal databases and baseline libraries. Develop (including editing and re-writing) responses to provide the best suited response
  • Develop second-level draft RFP response, after incorporating inputs and feedback from Business Stakeholders. Also write executive summary
  • Oversee and participate in the development of bid presentations, in coordination with Business Stakeholders and Graphic Design Team
  • Identify unique questions and responses in completed pitches, and update baselines with new content
  • Support on the management of bid repository for best-in-class materials. Develop, own, and continuously improve materials on the platform, ensuring all content is accurate and current
  • Support on the ongoing collation, updating and delivery of critical business data and other Pursuits materials, including but not limited to baseline, case studies, quotes, organisation charts, imagery, awards, core business statistics
  • Develop strong relationships with, and work closely with the Design team to create JLL branded proposals, presentations, and baseline business line templates
  • Establish and uphold quality standards and meet SLA metrics
  • Work with the Head of the Proposal Centre of Excellence to proactively implement process improvements to ensure higher productivity and increased efficiency levels

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Copywriting experience
  • Attention to detail with excellent editing, proof reading and quality control capability
  • Strong influencing skills to build partnership across different points of the business
  • A self-starter with strong project management skills. Ability to balance several projects at once, prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Post-Graduate, with excellent academic credentials
  • Over 5 years of experience in end-to-end proposal management within a professional services firm with substantial experience in proposal writing
  • A talent for writing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships virtually
