Join Our Team: Production Operators. We are currently facing a unique "problem" — we're growing faster than we can promote! Because we have a deficit of internal candidates for our Machine Operator (Automs) positions, we are opening the doors for direct external hires. This isn't your standard assembly line role. This is a position designed for those who have a knack for mechanics and want a clear, structured path to a permanent career. The Opportunity: You will begin with an intensive 6-week General Operator training program to learn our fundamentals. Once you've mastered the basics, you will transition into specialised Automs training. Trial Period: 6 months (Training + Experience). The Goal: Conversion to a full-time permanent position upon successful completion. The Pay: This is a high-skill tier (SK4), matching our Material Handler rates.
