Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented specialist to deliver centralised payroll and HR services for VOIS Spain. The individual will ensure monthly payroll accuracy, maintain compliance with Spanish legislation, manage HR transactions, and support systems and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in payroll operations, HR procedures, and data accuracy, who thrives in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to execute monthly payroll activities, including compensation preparation, tax processing and employee benefit payments
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries professionally and promptly
  • Execute HR processes such as payroll reporting, HR audits and inspection requests, ensuring compliance with Spanish law
  • Maintain accurate payroll databases and provide consistent HR support across the organisation
  • Lead local HR Services projects, systems testing, system implementations and process improvement initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement of service KPIs and drive engagement with HR channels
  • Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues when required and coordinate tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Strong experience and understanding of HR procedures, payroll concepts and compliance requirements
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to identify errors quickly and accurately
  • Capable of handling sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Work independently, manage deadlines effectively and communicate confidently in both English and Spanish
  • Experience in project management
  • University degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related field
  • 5+ years of Payroll/HR experience in a multinational environment
  • Proficient with SAP SuccessFactors, advanced Excel and data analysis tools
