Level 2 Support: Provide high-level technical support for Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and automated mining platforms
Event Management: Proactively monitor and manage events to guarantee maximum availability of critical technologies
Break-Fix Solutions: Rapidly troubleshoot and restore production system availability during critical network or system outages
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key technical point of contact, engaging with site operations, maintenance teams, and Network Operations Centre (NOC) environments
Safe Execution: Ensure all planned upgrades and routine maintenance activities are executed safely and efficiently
Requirements
Mining / Industrial Technology: Practical experience maintaining or supporting electronic and communications systems in an industrial environment
FMS & Autonomous Systems Ecosystems: Hands-on or application-level exposure to platforms such as FMS Modular (Dispatch, Provision, Komatsu Frontrunner) or FMS MineStar (Command, Fleet, Terrain)
Safety & Drill Technology: Familiarity with Driver Safety Systems (DSS), Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS), or Surface Manager/SAMS for Autonomous Drilling
Data & Networking: Strong foundational troubleshooting skills in networking/IP, radio systems, fiber/data communications, or LTE network management
ITSM Frameworks: Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management systems, alongside SAP exposure
Communication: Exceptional cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse remote and site-based teams
