We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist to ensure compliance with partner agreements, manage documentation, and provide training and support to notary offices. Job Responsibility:
Conduct information sessions and support notaries through Teams
Assist notaries with document platforms and pilot projects
Provide training on new products, processes, and system updates
Collaborate with teams on program launches and process changes
Maintain accurate records in databases, systems, and procedure manuals
Ensure internal and external client requirements are met
Requirements:
Knowledge of mortgage refinancing procedures
Customer service-oriented with ability to provide proactive solutions
Able to work independently, exercise judgment, and manage competing priorities
Strong planning, organization, and communication skills (French oral/written
English reading)
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel
College degree, law technician, or equivalent
Bilingual in French and English
Nice to have:
Experience in real estate law or a notary office
