Job Description:

Specialist-Networking Engineering Services role at Allianz Technology, focusing on Cisco Collaboration solutions, voice equipment, and VoIP protocols. The position involves configuring, troubleshooting, and implementing Cisco voice solutions, providing support for complex issues, and collaborating with engineers and project managers.

Job Responsibility:

Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Unity Connection, Expressways, Webex Meeting, Webex Video Conferencing Devices and Management viaControl Hub
Install and configure Cisco voice gateways, ISR routers, switches and other Cisco voice equipment
Develop and implement Voice dial plans
Provide level 2, 3 support for complex Collaboration issues
Participate in Incident Management, Change Management, Project planning andimplementation
Collaborate with other engineers, project managers and customers
Produce HLD/LLD documentation for Collaboration solutions
Design and implement Cisco voice solutions for customers
Sound knowledge on LDAP, AD LDS and Cisco Directory Connectors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
Cisco CCVP, CCNA Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration certification
5-10 years of experience with Cisco Collaboration solutions
Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Voice gateways, Webex Meeting and Webex Video Conferencing Devices
Experience with SIP Trunking, MGCP and other VoIP protocols
Hands on Experience with Cisco Webex Calling Multi Tenant
Experience with QoS and Voice VLANs
Experience With ServiceNow
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Good to have Shell and Python Scripting knowledge
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts. Required to be on call support as needed

Nice to have:

Experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM)
Experience with Cisco Emergency Responder (CER)
Experience with Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)
Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC)
Experience with Cisco Webex Calling Multi Tenant
Experience with Cisco Webex Teams, Webex Meetings, Webex Video Conferencing and Control Hub (CH)
Experience with LDAP, AD LDS and Cisco Collaboration Hybrid Solutions such as Hybrid Data Security and Hybrid Calendar Services
