• Building students' confidence and self-advocacy skills
• Helping students overcome academic challenges and achieve their goals
• Connecting students with resources and opportunities

• Proven experience working with ASD students
• Strong understanding of ASD challenges and support strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., in education, social work, or a related field)
• Completed the NAS qualifications in Autism
