Specialist Mentor (SM-MH)

• Helping students achieve a healthy balance between daily living activities and academic tasks
• Improving organisational skills, including effective time management
• Assisting students in preparing for deadlines by breaking down assignments into manageable steps
• Supporting students in managing stress and anxiety related to their studies or daily life
• Guiding students in reflecting on their personal and academic experiences
• Boosting students' confidence by identifying and building upon their existing strengths
• Maintaining close communication with Randstad and reporting any student concerns promptly
• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

You must hold active membership with at least one of the recognised professional organisations at the required level

• High level of empathy and a deep understanding of other's needs
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or learning difficulties
• Reliable, responsible, and professional demeanour
• Excellent personal organisational and time management skills

• £31.38 pay per hour (this includes your holiday pay)
