Responsibilities: As a Specialist Mentor, you will work one-on-one with students to provide tailored support. Your key duties will include: Helping students achieve a healthy balance between daily living activities and academic tasks. Improving organisational skills, including effective time management. Assisting students in preparing for deadlines by breaking down assignments into manageable steps. Supporting students in managing stress and anxiety related to their studies or daily life. Guiding students in reflecting on their personal and academic experiences. Boosting students' confidence by identifying and building upon their existing strengths. Maintaining close communication with Randstad and reporting any student concerns promptly. Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
