Specialist Maths Teacher - Empowering Every Learner Towards Numeracy Confidence. With the right approach, all students can thrive in maths. Are you a patient and innovative educator who can simplify concepts for learners with varied needs?

Job Responsibility:

  • Support pupils with diverse special educational needs, such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex cognitive challenges
  • Craft engaging, personalised lessons that meet each learner's EHCP and academic objectives
  • Teach functional maths skills suited to each learner
  • Apply everyday examples to explain abstract topics
  • Use interactive tools and visuals to promote understanding
  • Build confidence and support student independence
  • Assist with personal care when required

Requirements:

  • UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Experience teaching maths within SEN settings
  • Full availability Monday to Friday
