Job Responsibility

  • Plan and coordinate new material industrialization trials within the blade plants
  • Supervise initial material trials, industrialization trials up to serial implementation
  • Feedback and status reporting within interdisciplinary qualification team
  • Involvement into technical discussions with the material supplier, engineering and quality departments to improve quality and performance
  • Ensuring lessons learnt are implemented in documentation and execution, eliminating recurring quality issues during industrialization

Requirements

  • University degree in Mechanical/Material Engineering or similar
  • 4-8 years experience within composite material industry, blade manufacturing is required, preferred in process or material department
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to work in shopfloor projects
  • Ready to work in shifts when required
  • Strong communication skills on engineering level as well as in blue collar level
  • Fluency in English is preferred

  • Monitor and support the EPCC package Contractor and third Parties in the execution of their responsibilities under the contract requirements. Follow the corresponding close-out
  • Ensure that the project deliverables, equipment, and facilities are designed and engineered in accordance with the codes, specifications & standards, technical referential, Status of Requirements, contract, main local regulations, job/duty/scope requirements. Follow the corresponding close-out
