Job Responsibility

  • Arrive promptly to site and spend the allowed time at/on each set task
  • Assess site for any specific issues that may have arisen and report back if appropriate
  • Comply with all local health and safety measures
  • Carry out a variety of works on site as and when required, such as but not limited to: Changing light bulbs and ensuring their fixtures are in good working order
  • Minor electrical work, replacing sockets, lights, changing fuses, junction boxes etc
  • Minor plumbing and carpentry
  • Assembling equipment, where required
  • Conducting repairs within communal areas, completed to a suitable standard
  • Garden/landscape installation and maintenance
  • Painting and decorating of communal areas
  • Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons
  • A variety of other internal and external works
  • Reporting of issues and potential works
  • Completing job service reports
  • Completing weekly vehicle checks

Requirements

  • Holds a full, valid UK Driving License
  • Experience of working in a similar role is essential
  • Competence in maintenance skills such as painting
