Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for ensuring an efficient allocation of resources over the long term in accordance with budget including Nordex staff and subcontractors
  • Perform capacity planning/demand planning of subcontractors, requirements for bottlenecks and surpluses
  • Perform capacity planning of major components and other special operations work in the region
  • Prepare detailed maintenance plans based on weekly demands, considering other service activities (bundling of works, efficiencies)
  • Use SAP to process maintenance plans/data
  • Reporting of accuracy of planning and highlighting and addressing any changes to plan to avoid slippage
  • Create long term-plan budget
  • Collect the per week demands and resource availability
  • Create an alternative subcontractor/resource plan if required
  • Adjust service order dates/maintenance plan dates
  • Block time in annual planning for training/inspections
  • Provide reporting of long term subcontractor demands to procurement
  • Report weekly/monthly of regional progress and performance measured against regional KPIs

Requirements

  • Higher education certificate/diploma in a business/technical subject
  • Strong IT capability with MS Office (Excel), SAP and planning tools
  • Experience of workload planning, ideally gained in Technical Services or Logistics related service environment
  • Customer service focus
  • Reporting and analysis
