Job Responsibility:
Provide tailored 1:1 and group support to learners with additional needs
Work closely with Job Coaches and the Project Manager to support learner progression
Act as a key point of contact for staff, learners, and external partners, especially in the absence of the Project Manager
Maintain accurate records, support plans, and progress reviews
Provide general administration support for the smooth running of the programme
Support learners in both workplace and classroom settings
Promote independence, life skills, and meaningful progression outcomes
Be a first point of contact for safeguarding concerns
Requirements:
Experienced in supporting individuals with learning difficulties, disabilities, or complex needs
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent administrative abilities
Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies
Knowledgeable about safeguarding, equality, and inclusive practice
Passionate about making a positive impact on learners' lives
Strong administrative and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and handling documentation
Confident communicator who can act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Project Manager
Has the ability to plan, monitor, and review progress
experience in setting targets, completing progress reviews, and maintaining accurate records
Has strong coaching and mentoring skills
experience providing effective coaching that promotes independence, confidence, and progression
