Administration Full-time. Your tasks at AKG: Further development and strategic design of modern continuing education and training programs for the AKG Group within the framework of the AKG Academy. Responsibility for the operational management of the AKG Academy, including the definition and further development of standards and processes. Selection, implementation, or further development of a future-proof learning management system for AKG. Planning, organization, and professional preparation and follow-up of selected training measures, including the optional implementation of individual formats. Disciplinary leadership of the Design Academy and technical leadership of the global AKG Academy team. Close and trusting collaboration with internal departments and relevant interfaces within the AKG Group. Selection, management, and further development of collaboration with external training partners and service providers. Development, maintenance, and target-group-specific provision of training and educational materials. Support and implementation of learning topics in the context of new processes, systems, and organizational changes.

Requirements:
A college degree, for example in economics, social sciences, human resources, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in continuing education, learning and development, human resources development, or a related field
Extensive experience in designing, organizing, and successfully implementing training and learning programs
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, as well as in an international context
Strong digital aptitude, creativity, and practical experience with M365 applications
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
A structured, independent work style, as well as strong communication and organizational skills
