Job Description

To provide elevated focus through the supply to firstly create superior On Time availability and strong delivery controls for defined articles at Retail Intro/Launch. Executing all system & communication related activities, ensuring that critical launch demand fulfilled via European Fulfilment Centers will be satisfied on time creating high launch on time delivery (LOTD). This is a temporary position with a fixed duration of 12 months.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with and support other Omni channel Fulfilment functions Inbound planning, Fulfilment Center Planning, Customer Fulfilment & deployment with the aim of driving LOTD delivery for launch
  • Create visibility of availability status for critical articles at RID/HLD
  • When supply constrained execute ad-hoc allocations in line with business priorities
  • Ensure that allocation horizons are managed to capture launch demand
  • Provide visibility of launch volumes and ship dates to EFCs to prepare operationally
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to share the availability expectations and plan flow of goods
  • Liaise with Inbound planning- and Fulfilment Center Planning to ensure key launch priorities have the highest priority at origin and intake
  • Provide information to key stake holders within Europe Demand Planning and Europe Marketing
  • Assess impact of changes to RID/HLD change RDD/CDD when required and communicate to other stakeholders BU/Markets
  • “Process owner” for strategic launches. Thorough understanding of all marketing and business needs. Establish standard framework and templates/reports

Requirements

  • A university degree with emphasis in the areas of business, information systems, logistics or operations
  • Two to three years of work experience in supply chain management
  • Strong skills in ERP (SAP)/WMS systems, Power BI & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work within different cultures and levels
  • Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
  • In depth knowledge of supply chain mechanics
  • Process thinking
  • Strong reporting & analytical skills
  • Operations as well as commercial mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of Customer Service processes
  • Demonstrating initiative and acting result oriented
