Requirements
Master’s degree in engineering, with a minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. A Master’s with a process focus is considered a plus
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in wind turbine technology, with outstanding skills in independently troubleshooting electrical systems and maintenance
Proven experience in knowledge management, ideally in environments involving AI or digital tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex technical information clearly and logically
Excellent communicator with fluent English skills - minimum C1 level -, both spoken and written
Ability to work effectively across international, globally dispersed teams of both technical and non-technical experts
Understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to wind turbine operations and safety
Willingness to travel occasionally, including to Europe
